Position Description: Ensure all purchases and commitments were properly authorized Confirm receipt of goods and services Support other departments and employees by providing excellent service Communicate and maintain professional relationships with factories, vendors and service providers Follow up and complete all requests in a timely manner Qualifications: Prior accounts payable experience Good written and verbal communication skills Must be proficient with MAS90 and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook) Team-oriented and a good listener Good organizational and time management skills Commitment to superior customer satisfaction Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexible and willing to work extra hours during busy periods Excellent attention to detail and follow through
